Ryan Bauer has more than 10 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and sales. He takes a client-first approach and is focused on helping individuals and families work toward their long-term financial goals.
Prior to transitioning into financial services, Ryan worked at Stryker as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where he advised senior leaders using market data and analytics to support key business decisions. He also spent several years at TEKsystems, where he built strong relationships through a consultative approach and helped clients and candidates align on long-term opportunities.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and is continuing to build his knowledge of investment strategies, retirement planning, and wealth management.
Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and is close with his parents, two younger brothers, and extended family. He is married to his wife, Rhea, and they enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants and breweries. A passionate Michigan State fan, Ryan enjoys golf and following hockey, football, baseball, and basketball.
